What we collect
We collect the email address and alert criteria you submit when creating a job alert, plus anonymous, aggregated usage data such as search terms, result counts and outbound clicks. Analytics data is stored without IP addresses or personal identifiers.
Why we collect it
Your email address is used only to send the job alerts you asked for and to let you manage or cancel them. Aggregated usage data helps us understand which countries, roles and technologies to prioritise.
Legal basis and consent
Alert emails are sent on the basis of the consent you give when creating an alert. We record the time and source of that consent. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
Retention
Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribed records are retained only as a suppression record so we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@qajobs.online.
Third parties
We use an email delivery provider to send alerts and a cloud database provider to store data. We never sell your data or share it with recruiters.
