<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are looking for an experienced quality, regulatory and compliance leader to head our EMEA team, driving product safety and technical compliance across Hasbro and licensed product. You will lead a specialist QA team, act as Hasbro's technical voice in the industry bodies that shape toy regulation, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards in every market they reach.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></p>

<h2><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">Key Responsibilities</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"335559738":40,"335559739":120}"> </span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Represent Hasbro in industry and standardization bodies including TIE, TA, ATPA, BTHA, FJP, AFNOR, CEN and ISO, shaping proportionate regulation and standards for the company and the wider toy industry.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead and develop the EMEA QA team, setting technical direction and providing authoritative interpretation of regulatory and licensing requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor regulatory change across EMEA, assess business exposure, and lead engagement with industry associations to mitigate impact.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own the Regulatory Change Management Process for the region, ensuring new requirements are implemented on time and verified.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop compliance strategies for complex markets, notably distributor territories and the GCC region including Saudi Arabia, and equip local teams to meet their national requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with global QA licensing and EMEA licensing leadership to define, communicate and operate licensing compliance processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support global development teams on new product lines: research applicable requirements and translate them into product specifications and certification programs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as escalation point for market surveillance authorities and consumer safety complaints, applying balanced, ethical judgment where compliance and commercial pressures meet.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">8+ years in product regulatory or compliance, including experience leading or mentoring across multiple markets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Deep working knowledge of toy safety standards and legislation worldwide.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Command of EMEA and global regulation affecting Hasbro and licensed product, including REACH, the General Product Safety Regulation and the wider framework.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Working knowledge of requirements beyond the toy scope, covering 14+ product, adult collectibles and games, where the General Product Safety Regulation and related standards apply rather than toy safety legislation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience leading a Regulatory Change Management process end to end.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Practical grounding in consumer product safety testing requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Understanding of children's play patterns and how they interact with toys and games.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience representing a business with trade associations, regulators and market surveillance authorities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a global, multicultural team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
