Quality Technician

Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assembly. Verify product configurations against specifications, BOMs, work instructions, and customer requirements. Prepare quality document for inspection, focused on data analysis and improvement. Conduct quality inspection on production processes, installation activities, and testing operations. Prepare status report with information about data of inspection and audits. Investigate nonconforming products and support containment activities. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities and defect disposition decisions. Create and maintain quality documentation, visual aids, and inspection records. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, NPI, and Customer Quality teams to resolve quality concerns. Train operators and inspectors on quality standards and inspection methods. Required Skills Knowledge of quality systems and standards Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications Ability for document creation, mainly for Visual Aids associated with Control Plan.
