Work Location: Remote in Singapore Work Schedule/Workload (if applicable): 20 hours Engagement Model: Independent Contractor/Freelance Estimated Project Duration: 1 week Estimated Start Date: October 2026 Language(s) Needed: Mandarin (Singapore) We are currently looking for Mandarin QAs to work on reviewing text data. As a QA, you will review and evaluate text-based customer service interactions according to detailed project guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to assess AI-generated classifications and determine whether they accurately reflect the content and intent of each conversation. The work involves carefully reading customer support conversations, interpreting their context, and making objective judgments based on predefined evaluation criteria. This role requires strong reading comprehension, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently apply annotation guidelines. No specialized technical background is required; however, candidates should be comfortable working with written data, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout the project. Job requirements Native Mandarin (Singapore) speaker. Excellent written comprehension in Mandarin (Singapore). Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in meaning. Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently. Good analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Previous experience with data annotation, content moderation, AI evaluation, linguistic annotation, or similar analytical tasks is a plus. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
