Production Support Worker - Testing

The opportunity Contributing to test GIS components & modules into complete bays as part of routine tests activities through a lean & flow production line with utmost safety and maintaining safe and clean (5S) work environment in the line and to managing daily output or targets with safety. How you'll make an impact Fulfilling orders related work packages according to production data and instructions given by assigned foremen Performing testing activities setup according to the prepared work instructions. Participating in routine test of GIS assembled units as well as the components and modules according to the prepared work instructions, drawings, checklists, guidelines and customer order data. Adequation handling of factory equipment and tools, maintain equipment's and sustain proper continuous calibration Maintaining proper 5s and cleanliness in the line Handling and maintaining of tools in proper way as expected for the line. Always be available or to be ready in line to help each testing activity to complete the test on time and with quality. Contributing actively to continues improvement process and Lean culture also for the daily output. Providing feedback, sharing ideas and observations whenever possible. Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements. Your background A High school or Diploma in electrical is preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in GIS production facility (assembly & testing) (Preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Reading and precise understanding of technical drawings and material lists. Excellent verbal & written communications skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse group and Team player. Understanding the lean concept & minimizing all related 7 wastes.
