Performance Test Engineer

Day-rate performance engineering contract on high-volume telco billing and ordering platforms. About the role You will design load models, execute soak and stress tests and advise on capacity. What you will do - Own test planning, design and execution for your product area. - Build and maintain automated checks that run in the delivery pipeline. - Work closely with engineers, product and design to shift quality left. - Investigate defects, isolate root causes and drive them to resolution. - Report clearly on quality, coverage and release readiness. What we are looking for - Solid commercial experience in software testing or quality engineering. - Confidence with the tools listed on this advert. - Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical peers. - A pragmatic, risk-based approach to test coverage.
