We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Sitecore Test Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance efforts, focusing on manual testing of our Sitecore-based projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is adept at working independently as the sole QA on the team, ensuring the reliability, functionality, and quality of our digital solutions through meticulous planning, test execution, and results analysis.

Responsibilities Develop and implement test plans, cases and scenarios that align with business requirements
Conduct various types of testing including Positive/Negative, Black Box, Configuration, Data-Driven, UAT, Unit, End-to-End, System, and Regression Testing
Execute Functional Testing across multiple browsers and devices using tools like BrowserStack
Define comprehensive strategies for testing execution and utilize tools to manage multiple testing phases
Create accurate test cases and reports to track status and progress
Identify, document and report defects and issues through tools such as Azure DevOps
Engage actively in testing activities using the Sitecore CMS Page Editor and Components
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, developers and fellow testers to resolve or understand testing-related issues
Conduct daily communications and triage calls with customers to ensure clarity and progress
Adapt working hours to sync with EST/CST time zones, ensuring timely collaboration and support
Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA with strong expertise in Sitecore CMS
Proven capability to work independently without supervision
Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in test planning and execution
Profound experience in creating test cases and understanding test metrics documents
Competency in defect tracking and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps
Strong communication skills for daily interactions with team members and customers
Capability to work with any automation framework
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
