Head of QA

Own quality strategy, tooling and capability across streaming platform engineering. About the role You will lead a multi-team QA function and set the automation and quality roadmap. What you will do - Own test planning, design and execution for your product area. - Build and maintain automated checks that run in the delivery pipeline. - Work closely with engineers, product and design to shift quality left. - Investigate defects, isolate root causes and drive them to resolution. - Report clearly on quality, coverage and release readiness. What we are looking for - Solid commercial experience in software testing or quality engineering. - Confidence with the tools listed on this advert. - Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical peers. - A pragmatic, risk-based approach to test coverage.
