Data Entry Keyer Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote Engagement: Project-Based Job Summary We are seeking experienced Data Entry Keyers to support an AI evaluation project focused on data entry, validation, and error detection. You will create realistic evaluation tasks and datasets that test AI systems on accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities Create realistic data entry and validation tasks for AI evaluation. Build and review datasets across CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents . Introduce and identify realistic errors, including missing data, malformed records, and formatting inconsistencies. Define correct outputs and reconciliation requirements for each task. Develop detailed grading rubrics to evaluate AI accuracy and completeness. Ensure tasks reflect real-world data quality and compliance standards. Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication. Required Skills Accuracy Discipline Error Detection Data Validation Format Reconciliation Attention to Detail Quality Assurance Data Integrity Written Communication Qualifications Experience in data entry, quality assurance, data validation, or related roles . Experience working with structured and unstructured data across multiple file formats. Strong ability to identify data inconsistencies, formatting errors, missing information, and truncations. Excellent written English and documentation skills. Highly detail-oriented and process-driven. Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments such as healthcare, finance, or legal operations is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
