Job Details: Location : UK Type of employment : Contract Project duration : 12 Months with Possible extension Working schedule : 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 UK Standard Time with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break (40 hours/ week) * Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday shift Yearly Salary: £31,850/year Successful candidates must have valid work authorization for the UK with no need for sponsorship Key Qualifications: British Sign Language (this is a must) Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry Possess a thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast paced, and changing environment 2-4 years of experience working with digital video Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues Effective verbal and written communication skills The ideal candidate should have experience with all of the following: Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity of their product offerings Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge. Professional/advanced proficiency in any other language would be a big plus.
