<p>Du bist für die SPS-Entwicklung, HMI-Integration und Inbetriebnahme von industriellen Automatisierungs- und Robotiksystemen zuständig. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass die Steuerungslogik, die Schnittstellen und das Systemverhalten in realen Kundenumgebungen zuverlässig funktionieren.<br><br>Um unsere Projekte reibungslos umzusetzen, arbeiten wir als Team eng mit unseren Kunden und der BÄR Automation GmbH in der Nähe von Heilbronn zusammen. Dafür bist du bereit, im Umfang von ca. 60 % gelegentlich im Inland und Ausland zu reisen.</p>

<ul>
<li><strong>SPS-Entwicklung:</strong> Du entwickelst und erweiterst SPS-Programme für industrielle Automatisierungssysteme und robotiknahe Anwendungen.</li>
<li><strong>HMI-Integration:</strong> Du implementierst und pflegst HMI- und steuerungsnahe Schnittstellen für Betrieb, Diagnose und Prozessführung.</li>
<li><strong>Inbetriebnahme:</strong> Du begleitest Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort und stellst die funktionale Übergabe in die Kundenumgebung sicher.</li>
<li><strong>Fehlerdiagnose:</strong> Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in Steuerungslogik, Feldkommunikation und Systemverhalten.</li>
<li><strong>Integration:</strong> Du arbeitest eng mit Mechanik, Elektrik, Projektengineering und Deployment zusammen, um Gesamtsysteme stabil in Betrieb zu bringen.</li>
<li><strong>Dokumentation:</strong> Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentation zu Steuerungslogik, Parametrierung und Inbetriebnahmestatus.</li>

<ul>
<li><strong>Technischer Hintergrund:</strong> Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.</li>
<li><strong>SPS-Erfahrung:</strong> Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anpassung von SPS-Programmen in industriellen Automatisierungsumgebungen.</li>
<li><strong>Inbetriebnahme:</strong> Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in Inbetriebnahme, Fehlerdiagnose und Optimierung von Automatisierungssystemen im Feld.</li>
<li><strong>Steuerungstechnik:</strong> Arbeitendes Verständnis von HMI-, Feldbus- und steuerungsnahen Integrationsaufgaben.</li>
<li><strong>Industriepraxis:</strong> Erfahrung mit realen Produktions- oder Anlagenumgebungen und deren technischen Randbedingungen.</li>
<li><strong>Arbeitsweise:</strong> Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Orientierung.</li>
<li><strong>Sprachen:</strong> Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die technische Abstimmung.</li>
