AI Tester – German Speaker

About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking AI Tester to join a pilot project in the automotive industry. This is an entry-level opportunity — previous experience in testing, AI, or the automotive industry is not required. Comprehensive paid training will be provided before you start, along with all the equipment needed for the role. You will help evaluate an AI-powered voice assistant by following predefined scenarios, assessing its responses, and recording your observations. Your feedback will contribute to improving the technology and its real-world performance. Responsibilities Interact with an AI-powered voice assistant following predefined scenarios Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of its responses Identify and document unexpected or incorrect behaviour Record test results and observations Follow project guidelines and procedures Requirements Native, near-native, or bilingual German Intermediate English for communication within the project team Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and everyday technology Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable and motivated to learn What We Offer Hands-on experience with an innovative technology project Comprehensive paid training All necessary equipment provided Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, 8 hours per day Streamlined recruitment process Immediate start available Initial pilot phase lasting 3 consecutive weeks The project is part of a larger EU initiative, with further phases planned depending on the outcome of the pilot.
